From Preparation to Progress, I’ll introduce you to the 7 most important activities Artistic Directors undertake in their first year in the job.
Using stories, examples and case-studies from my two decades of Artistic Directorship, I’ll share insight into what you don’t know you need to know about preparation, purpose, people, programming, planning, productivity and progress.
We’ll look at the key skills, temperaments and competencies of a leadership team and you’ll have a chance to hear about some of the models we explore in more detail on the Programme, such as Visioning, Goal-setting, The 5 Traits of Highly Effective Teams, Stewardship Delegation, SWOT Analysis and more.
