There are four types of people

There are four types of people:

Ambitious

Pragmatic

Idealistic

Empathetic

Great teams combine all four.

The ambitious ones drive us to dream big.

The pragmatic ones make the dream a reality.

The idealistic ones get people on board.

The empathic ones bring out the best in us.

That not to say it’s easy:

There’s a natural tension between the four.

But -

If you can establish a foundation of trust

If you can value their essential differences

If you can create the conditions to complement not compete

And if you can combine these four strengths to a united purpose 

Then -

You’ll be unstoppable.
